A lighthouse in South West Michigan getting destroyed by waves. I stood in negative 9 degrees Fahrenheit capturing this image during Magic Hour. Also while waves splashed on me and created ice all over my clothing and camera. Every photograph I’d have to clear the quickly freezing ice off my lens so the images would come out sharp. I stood out there for about an hour and a half. One of my favorite details is the ice that is frozen and cascades down the lighthouse.
